Siding
Siding that seals the house and changes the curb appeal.

The Work
What a real siding looks like.
Siding is doing two jobs at once: keeping the weather out and telling the street what kind of house it is. We replace failing siding systems that have stopped doing the first job, and we upgrade tired exteriors that are not doing the second. Full tear-off, new house wrap, clean cut lines, and siding that actually seals the sheathing — not just the panels.
Why It Matters
Why cheap siding is the most expensive choice
Siding installed over rotted sheathing, around failed flashing, or without a proper house wrap looks fine for two seasons and fails quietly for the next ten. Moisture gets behind the panels, the sheathing goes soft, and the homeowner pays for the siding twice — once to install it, once to tear it back off and fix what was hidden underneath. The material is a small fraction of the real cost.
What's Included
Every line item on the estimate.
No hidden add-ons, no surprise upcharges. This is what the price covers on every Home Pro siding job.
Full tear-off of failing siding
Old siding stripped down to the sheathing. Nothing covered over. Moisture and rot issues addressed at the source.
Sheathing inspection and repair
Soft, rotted, or compromised sheathing replaced before any new material goes up.
New house wrap
Full house wrap installed fresh, taped and detailed properly around every window, door, and penetration.
Trim, corner, and J-channel detail
Clean corner posts, tight window trim, and J-channel that sheds water instead of trapping it.
Proper flashing integration
Window head flashing, door pan flashing, and kick-out flashing at roof-to-wall intersections. Where most cheap jobs quietly fail.
Vinyl, insulated vinyl, or cedar-impression options
Standard vinyl, insulated systems for energy upgrades, and cedar-impression profiles for a higher-end look. Color matched to the exterior package.
Full clean-up and magnetic nail sweep
The yard and drive go back cleaner than we found them. No leftover nails in a lawnmower or a tire.

“We had a great experience with Stephen and HomePro Remodeling! From our first meeting, Stephen was professional, honest, and offered the best price after 5 other quotes. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and neatly. Stephen even came by to do a final quality check before we made the last payment. The roof looks fantastic.”
“From the very first meeting with the owner, Stephen, we were impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and integrity. Stephen's crew, Marek and Irek, were equally outstanding. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and the transformation of our home is simply beautiful.”
FAQ
The questions homeowners actually ask.
Can you side over existing siding?
Technically yes, but we do not. Cover-overs hide exactly the moisture and rot problems that made the original siding fail. Every Home Pro siding job is tear-off to sheathing.
How long does a full siding replacement take?
A typical 2,000–3,000 sq ft home runs 5–10 days on-site depending on trim complexity, weather, and whether sheathing repairs are needed.
Is insulated vinyl worth the upgrade?
On homes with older sheathing or no wall insulation, yes — the noticeable drafts and summer heat gain ease up. On already well-insulated homes, the return is smaller and mostly about thermal bridging and rigidity.
Do you match to my existing trim and roof?
Yes. Before ordering we pull color samples on-site against the roof, windows, and any remaining trim so nothing fights.
Do you handle siding as part of a roofing job?
Often, yes. Doing the roof, siding, and gutters in one coordinated package usually saves trips, permit trips, and a second round of dumpster rentals.
